Hello All,

I know, I know, the site has been very static after I first got it going. But that is because of all the work I’ve been doing behind the scenes.

Major Computer upgrade:

When I first started the site, I was still playing minecraft on my trusty laptop, which is a great everyday computer, but it wasn’t designed with the idea of gaming, or video editing in mind. As such I’ve spent some time, and money putting together a great desktop for playing minecraft, and being able to above that, actually record videos.  The new setup features a GeForce  GTX-970, a AMD FX 8 core processor, and 32GB of ram.

Video Recording:

I’ve added OBS-MP to the suite of apps I use, along with Microsoft Movie Maker. I’m hoping to use these to help share my builds and even do a LP series of some sort.

Monkeyfarm:

Biggest news is I am going to be playing on the Monkeyfarm Patreon server very soon, and I plan on recording my adventures on there to share with you. It looks like an amazing community, so I look forward to playing there.

Youtube:

Of course if I’m doing Videos there needs to be a place to keep them, so I’ve setup a youtube channel. just serach for rocktiki or click here .
